Today, Wednesday, November 28, 2018, I am grateful for healing tears and listening to Christian worship songs. It frees up the poisonous toxins my "family" suffocated me with as a helpless child they abused.
When I cry, I heal. That is exactly what I need to continue to heal from those horrors they will one day pay for.
Embracing what I am grateful for every day since
February 12, 2013, changed my life.
It brings me the most important healing
I have had the privilege to experience.
With every passing day, I am closer to being whole.
So, practicing gratitude is taking care of yourself, your soul, your inner you.
As you love what you are grateful for, you love yourself.
You slowly realize your worth and your lifestyle reflects that.
Also, you benefit the people you love and meet because
your heart and soul will ripple out to touch their lives.
