365 Days of Gratitude Inspiration

Today, Sunday, July 29, 2018, I am grateful for the scripts for the two videos
I will post on my fundraiser that are coming together nicely!
One will be to provide information on my fundraiser and the second is to give
information like what schools I attended and places I worked in an
effort to reach people I owe apologies to. Some, I even owe money to!
I hope and pray I will be able to reach them all.

365 Days of Joy and Laughter Inspiration

Omg, LOLOLOLOL

365 Days of Gratitude Inspiration

Today, Saturday, July 28, 2018, I am grateful for being so excited about my project
that is about to be launched.
I have been writing for several years about my background and
how it altered the course of my life.
I was terrified of any of my abusers finding out and
hurting me because of it. That is from my childhood and being threatened
and terrified of breathing a word about what went on behind
closed doors of the cesspool of rage I was raised in.

Now, I am past that because I worked hard to face and accept that what was done to me. It
has taken me a good three years to get to where I am now. I am grateful it is behind me!!

365 Days of Gratitude Inspiration

Today, Thursday, July 26, 2018, I am grateful for having decent
energy today after having decent energy yesterday!

Something has changed!

I went to Walmart yesterday and was able to get half of my list myself
( had to have an employee get the rest)
and I was able to do the self-checkout on almost ALL of it!!

That is a BIG improvement for me!

How I Overcame My Addiction Cravings, Alcoholism, and Depression

It is NOT live yet, so please don't try to share it yet. Once it is ready to go, I will announce it!!
I am fundraising to advertise my writing over how I have overcome
depression, alcoholism, addiction, and cravings.

Here is my fundraising campaign so far.

30% of everything I raise will go to my local domestic violence shelter.

The videos will be added soon. I'd love to hear feedback on how it looks so far. Thanks!! xoxoxoxox

We could learn a lot from these two!

365 Days of Gratitude Inspiration

Today, Wednesday, July 25, 2018, I am grateful for an article I found online about being a night owl. It explains the crazy sleeping schedule I have been in for months now. And I am seeing the benefits, for example, when I wake up now, I am writing much easier than when I got up early. I am not in as much of a fog as I used to be. Weird, but it suits me, so I will adjust!!

Here's the article, if you want to read it:

Why I Recommend Psych Central

The New York Times says this about Psych Central:

"Psych Central [is] one of the best online mental health resources I've come across."
Tara Parker-Pope

It launched in 1995 as Psych Central: John Grohol's Mental Health Page. It includes a directory of online mental health resources and lists of symptoms for mental disorders.

In October 2001, the Los Angeles Times said this about Dr. Grohol:

"In his many years hosting this popular site, psychologist John Grohol has come to consider himself the conscience of online mental health-and he takes the job seriously."

You will find articles, solid information on mental health illness,
people with the same struggles, similar struggles and how they have gotten better.

They have forums where you can talk to others with a list of mental health issues
to get support and feedback, plus much more.

I am a member there and have learned a lot plus I have connected with others like me.
I face Clinical Depression and Complex PTSD, plus a lot of health issues.

I feel safe and happy there.

If you struggle with any mental health situations,
I can not encourage you to check it out.

And please remember this:

That's what I think!

365 Days of Gratitude Inspiration

Today, Tuesday, July 17, 2018, I am grateful for finally understanding my getting to sleep problem.
When I am asleep by 2 or 3 AM, I wake up on my own by 9ish or 10 AM. I am ok with the reduced number of hours. I get through my day like any other day.

How about you?
What are you grateful for today?
