365 Days of Gratitude


Today, Saturday, June 23, 2018, I am grateful for having lost about five-ish pounds!
Still no cravings for fattening or sweet foods. I am just eating what I need.

I get hungry, but not stressed out. I eat until I am full but not to the point of being stuffed.

It's really nice!
