Today, Thursday, October 12, 2017, I am grateful for my new psychotherapist who asked me about my short-term and long-term goals. I will think those through carefully. My two top goals are weight loss and general feeling better for short-term and one of my long-term goals is to be able to move back to the city so I can be closer to campus.
