365 Days of Gratitude

Today, Tuesday, September 12, 2017, I am grateful for meditation because it is helping me with my concentration, anxiety and panic problems. I have found out that I have been meditating at night when I am settling myself down to sleep. So, now meditating with the purpose to improve my studying, I am seeing tiny improvements but they are clearly there.
