365 Days of Gratitude

Today, Sunday, August 20, 2017, I am grateful for going to bed Friday night realizing that I hadn't felt the need to eat dinner. That is TOTALLY New for me! I NEVER miss meals. I have noticed some other changes in my appetite, such as being able to go longer between meals easily. I feel hunger but not the emotional need to stuff myself.
