365 Days of Gratitude

Today, Wednesday, June 21, 2017, I am grateful that I am continuing to slowly drop my excess pounds and am never hungry or feel like I am not getting enough to eat. I am eating more veggies and fruits than I ever have and I love each and every one! I am also learning new ways to cook and prepare foods and that is fun also. This is completely new to me and I am loving it!! I am amazed at the difference not having the cravings is for me.
