365 Days of Gratitude

Today, Saturday, May 13, 2017, I am grateful for the productive results I am getting from learning and applying better ways to manage the stress and anxieties I have. I do not worry about everything like I used to. Now, when I think about my problems, I am able to figure out solutions and courses of action I can take to problem solve.

Another benefit I have noticed is that my food cravings lowering so much lower than they were. I have been able to cut back on the sweets and junk food that I relied on to sedate my anxieties.
