365 Days of Baby Steps

I completely brain farted on doing my lung exercises, LOL So, I am back on track with that plus I have made a decision regarding my diet.

I have decided to become a vegetarian. I have given up meat, fish, poultry and eggs. It bothers me too much to eat something that was alive or potentially alive and I don't want the stress from it so I am focusing on eating more plant foods. My goal with this is to eat the healthiest I can in the hope it will improve my energy levels plus drop the excess weight I have been carrying around for so long.
