365 Days of Baby Steps

I am determined to improve my health as best I can. That is one of the reasons I work on my mental illness issues so diligently. I know that as I improve my emotional, spiritual and mental health, my physical health will improve.

 My life is very sedentary. I sit most of my day. I get shortness of breath putting on my socks. That is where I am starting, doing simple breathing exercises to improve my lung capacity.
