Today, Monday, October 15, 2017, I am grateful for having lived with destructive negative emotions like shame, embarrassment, humiliation and more because that helps me understand how they originate and how to heal that pain. They make up the foundation for self-loathing and self-destruction, so knowing them firsthand enables me to write about them vividly. My hope is to help others like me get better.
