Today, Saturday, July 29, 2017, I am grateful for realizing yesterday what another food trigger I have. When I am actually in the grocery store, I don't have any junk food cravings. Once, I am back home, the cravings kick back in.
I realized that my apartment is one of my triggers. I love my apartment and my landlords are kind and reasonable people. When I moved in here 8 summers ago, I intended it to be a transition move. I told myself that I would earn the money to move on to another home. So, I am working on processing all feelings and issues I have with my apartment so I can free myself from the cravings to the best of my ability.
