Today, Wednesday, July 26, 2017, I am grateful for realizing that I would be stronger mentally and emotionally if I set my sights on managing myself the best I can no matter what is going on around me. I used to choose to avoid situations that made me anxious and frightened. That choice didn't really help me grow stronger. When I focus on making my self-esteem stronger, I gain much more ground than if I avoid places or people who make me anxious.
