365 Days of Baby Steps

I have given up meat, chicken and fish for several reasons. Mostly because I can't take the guilt I experience in eating meat and so forth but also because by eating more fresh fruit and veggies, I am hoping to regain some of my health back. Plus, I am losing weight and that part really ROCKS! 

I was weighing at least 286 and I have lost almost 20 pounds now, I think. 
This is what my scale said this morning:



It looks to me like it is closing in on 265 pounds. 

I'll Take It!!
